Scott Stickland, CFA

Scott is an experienced corporate finance and energy professional.

Scott was previously with Parkland Corporation, where he served as the Vice President of Supply and Vice President of Finance for the International Division. Scott was a key member of the leadership team that nearly doubled the earnings of the International Division over a five-year period ($200 million to over $360 million). Scott joined Parkland in 2013 on the Corporate Development team in Canada, where he evaluated and executed acquisitions totaling $4.4 billion. Scott also served as the interim head of Investor Relations and was a member of the pension committee.

Scott began his career in investment banking focusing on M&A, financing, strategic assignments in the energy sector and was most recently with RBC Capital Markets. He has completed M&A assignments with an aggregate value of $3.7 billion and financing assignments totaling $1.9 billion.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Calgary. He is a CFA Charterholder and has obtained the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors (University of Toronto). Additionally, Scott has completed executive education courses at Harvard and the University of Western Ontario.
